I am so glad you want to contribute to the database! I need all the help I can get.
There are so many amazing dolls out there, I couldn't possibly add them all by myself!
However, you have to be logged in to add information to the database.
If you aren't a member of the Doll Finder, I would love for you to sign up!
Simply click the sign up (or login) buttons above to get started.
You may also request access to the guest account through Discord if you are unable to make an account/log in due to monthly member limitations.
Pro Tip: Add the doll's body to the database first, but check to see if it hasn't already been added before doing so. You will be able to link the body to the doll you are adding!

Basic Info

Please do not abbreviate. Use the official names that are assigned by the company or artist. These names can usually be found on the dolls' respective product pages. Please only use the name in the doll sculpt field. You can add the "titles" and the "versions" in a different input field. For example, "Cuprit - Black Frost" where "Cuprit" would be the doll sculpt, and "Black Frost" would be the title.
Blind box dolls can (and must) be labeled as such in the Availability dropdown menu. Be sure to check the guide on how to enter blind box dolls.
If you selected "Other" for the part type, please tell us what kind of part it is.
Use the official name from the company website.
Please use the size category the company uses.
You can use as many keywords as you want.
Photos

Photo Guidelines
Do NOT upload long photo strips! Most companies use a long strip of connected photos to display their dolls. Do not use photo strips. Please CROP the photo.
Use a head portrait for the first photo (unless you are adding a body), as the first photo is used for the preview when searching. A full-body or half-body image can be used for subsequent photos.
Please remember that this database does not focus on doll outfits, wigs, eyes, etc. Stand-alone photos of customization items other than resin parts will be deleted.
Doll bodies are added separately and are linked to their respective head sculpts and will be displayed at the bottom of the doll listing.

Database space is limited. Please help by reducing the file sizes. You can use a tool called TinyPNG to reduce the file size. Click here for more information.
Maximum file size is 1 MB (use TinyPNG to reduce size). Valid file types are .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .webp
1 MB comes out to roughly 1200px by 1800px, which is way too monstrous for what we actually need. Remember, it’s a tool to FIND the dolls you need. High-res drooling can be done on the official websites.
The Features

This is the most important section and the most daunting! Take your time and answer carefully and objectively. Add features according to the definitions given, even if you disagree with those definitions or terms.
Do you have the doll image and feature guide handy to reference as we go along? If so, then let's start!
Not all features will need to be added to all entries. For example, if you are adding just hand parts, then you do not need to add any body type/body features.
You can also skip adding body features if the doll's body is already in the database!

Please be sure to indicate if the measurement is millimeter (mm) or centimeter (cm).
If you would like to add measurements that aren't listed, then please use the field below. Each measurement should be on a new line. Don't forget to use the correct units of measurement (mm, cm, or in). Use the information that appears in the text area as a guide on formatting. Help keep the data looking good!

Had this doll been released more than once? Was it different from the previous releases? If so, describe them here. Please follow the entry format to keep the data tidy. If there is no sculpt title or you do not know the release date, you don't have to include that information.
